This E40D Transmission Oil Pump is remanufactured  in our State of the art machine shop with Very High Quality Standards.
 
The Pump is complete machine . Stator ( Pump Support ) is face machine cut and pump Body is suffice and pocket machine cut with tolerances OEM or better .
 
This remanutactured high volume pump assembly will feet all the Ford trucks from 1989 to 1997. 
 
Any Casting numbers RFE9 , RFF1 , RFF5 , 11 Bolts will work in this application
 
***May require centering and torqued to position the stator and the pump body***
 
The pump comes with:
 
New ring kit (7 rings) some we used to assemble the pump.
New gears (9 lobe inner gear is for high volume)
New converter bushing
New front pump seal
New pump to case gascket
New pump to case O-ring
All the valves
 
***Will not work on 4R100 transmission***
 
Attention: before assembling the pump to the transmission, the 2 halves of the pump (Stator and Body) need to be aligned before torquing the bolts to specification.
